I'm looking for it to be like 20-30 seconds tops...I do have a scheme I'd like to follow. I have an image I'd like it to fit inside of like a frame...maybe use the image as the top layer? yes, and I can pay with Paypal as soon as the work is done. I would also like to use whoever does this for me on other projects providing it can be done in a timely manner and to my standards. I own a small ISP/Hosting service, with about 40 or so customers...people are always asking for animation. ...
