Wow, great design and you've got like every angle, too! I can't tell for sure, but it looks like you've been using AS's automatic shadows. The shadows are cutting across the face in an unrealistic way. I'd suggest removing the shadow entirely, or drawing it in manually, taking extra care for the contours of the face and where the shadows should fall. You might also play with the shadow's color, making it more fleshy, less gray. Consulting references would be helpful. I can't wait to see what you do with this. All these angles will be great for frame by frame head turns.
That is one of the best effort I've seen on this forum. One small crit. Some of the sound effects i.e. footsteps, sword sounds are a little "hollow" sounding. Just my opinion. Other than that, great job!

thanks- i can say this one was weird because i actually saw it in my head before i made it
the sound effects are from a videogame called Mount and Blade
Just two small observations: take care on the shades in relation to light sources. They should match. Also dark backgrounds and dark cutomes doesn't allow good contrast. Some kinf of back light might help on some scenes.
Great drawings.

yah none of these stills are finished- i found putting a filter over it helps to merge the drawing with the background as long as theres no additional light source-
this thing is going to be tough because i think i have a scene where there is a torch in the background
