So...you have no animation or drawing skills, no money and no characters of your own. Better find some talented friends...
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Dude, neither do I, and I'm animating full time in Anime Studio as of 5 weeks ago.

The point I'm trying to make is that you don't know what you can do until you try.

Nobody can draw until they pick up a pencil
I used to think some people were just born able to draw.
Sure people have talent, most of them more than I do.
But I can draw better today than I could a few weeks ago, and
I'm looking forward to getting a little bit better the more I try.

HERE is a great site to start learning about animation.
There are heaps out there, I chose this one to show you
because I know this guy (a friend of my little brother.)
BUT more importantly the guy is enthusiastic when he
talks about learning animation.

Go to the local library and get some drawing books.
I have found that the ones for kids have helped me as much as the "serious" ones have.

Buy Anime Studio for a couple of hundred bucks if you haven't already, and MAKE YOUR BDAMAN/BEYBLADE FAN FILM.

It might not look like Studio Gibli, but you'll learn more than you can imagine right now, and when it's done you'll be an animator with a short under your belt, and some ideas for your next project - what to do, how you'd do things differently.

Just go for it dude.
Start today, you'll be better at it tomorrow, learn a bit every day and in no time you'll be animating happily, with total creative control, slowly but surely getting results you like or tearing your hair out and learning invaluable lessons.

Good luck but more importantly have fun

(or you could ignore my advice, do nothing, and kick back and watch Beyblade cartoons.)

Make stuff like bey blade or b daman is very hard.I have just saw both series and it would be really hard to do something like that.
Its a great quality professional work.
