I think I'm going to buy the DVD for this too, but it depends. How much and what kind of special features did you cram in there?
This is easily something that could've been on MTV during their liquid television days. If you really want exposure get airtime on a cable channel like SpikeTV. That's a great way to pump up DVD sales. Or use it to pitch a series SOMEWHERE. This is too good to let die.

PBS also has an 'artist showcase' on in the late evenings from time to time. I've seen everything from short films to asnimation bits on there. Not sure what the requirements are. Hmmm.... I mentioned this once before, was it 7feet who said he knew some people in public television?

Thanks for all the nice comments, folks -
the DVD is now available! it's $15 (canadian) and contains the following features - individual character pages with bios, a gallery of background art, and an extensive behind-the-scenes section. The behind-the-scenes section outlines each stage of the entire process, explaining how long it took, and including any associated media. For example, you can see the prototype scene from when I was just starting to figure out how to make the thing, or watch the entire animatic (storyboards edited to beats and voice tracks), or watch the entire film in pencil-test version.
So, the DVD is great for those who want to get the full experience on their home theatre (the toon was made to be seen on a big screen with big sound - one of the reasons I hesitated for so long to put it online), and/or delve into the process behind this crazy project.
I've been slowly working on doing something with this for many years now, and I do have a few crazy pitching tales if anyone is interested.
Meanwhile - a major announcement is coming soon! Stay tuned...
