Thanks neeters.
Yes, would have liked to do a LOT more but I could not spend the time as it was only a proof of concept piece for a pitch at the time.

J, I rated you and added to my favourites. I wasn't expecting the warts LOL!!! Great work! How long did it take you to do?

Cheers

Cool thanks! I found out about the contest 5 days before it was over. I worked on it as much as I could each day. But I was able to get it in by deadline. :D

I saw you have one other animation on Aniboom but I didn't get to finish it. Will watch it later tonight.

Hi Dave,
i think your contribution "slick salesman" to ASPRo uses the same logic, "switch layers"., right ?
this kind of animation, even limited, is much to my sense, closer to frame by frame style.
PS: i try to analize and understand as a rookie in ASP.
thanx in advance.

Hi sanitarium.
Yes. I like to think that it is almost frame by frame but with a sprinkling of high tech. I'd love to see a traditional pro animator take the AS switch layer animation technique and cross morph it with a trad frame by frame style implementing AS elements like layer interpolation. I think they would achieve some awesome results.

Hello all!

I really like your Erectus clip DK, very funny.

Has the project died or is it still alive? Any chances to see it on tv?

Tried to get the file on your first post but they seem offline at the momment.

Again, love the work!

Hi GCharb.
Glad you like it. Erectus was a pilot pitch for a possible series that did'nt eventuate. The files are all still online but my ISP is useless. I had someone early this week try to download something from a link I uploaded as well and also had trouble. All I can say is keep trying.

EDIT:

I just tried the link and it seems to be working fine now.

Cheers

Hi GCharb.

Try that link again in about 20 minutes. For some reason the file had been deleted. I'm just uploading it again.

Cheers
