Odd colored shapes appearing in Preview and rendered video

I just got Anime Studio Debut 7 from a friend for my birthday, and I love it.
However, I have only made two videos so far, and both of them have had the same problem; a random shape of color appearing in the preview and the exported video (but not in the actual Anime Studio window).

Here's an example of a video I haven't finished yet:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEOm-Y7dJo0

For some reason, a different colored triangle-like shape appears on the body around halfway through the video. I didn't draw that in there, and frankly, I don't remember even drawing anything of that color at all.

Maybe I just did something wrong and am totally oblivious about it (I am kinda new at this program)

If there's some kind of fix for this, please let me know about it. I've only made two videos and so far this problem has messed up both of them.

Guys, please help me with this.

I finished the animation, and upon looking at the preview found that several more of the colors in the cartoon were distorted and twisted around and not looking anything like they do in the regular Anime Studio window.

Please help me with this :(
I don't even know where to start going about fixing this, or if its even possible...

Try using the delete shape tool and see if there are 2 fills on that shape. It looks to me that there is something wrong with a point or the way you filled the shape.

That's a good lead. There may be an extra shape there or you may have inadvertently keyframed the fill. Try selecting that shape and see if there is a key where the change happens on the fill channel on the timeline. If there is, delete it.

I did not put anything with that color in the animation, and it doesn't show up in the actual Anime Studio window, only when you click on "preview" or export the animation to the computer.

I DID however, find out that by deleting the black band running across the shirt, it goes away.
But I still can't figure out why it even appears there in the first place.

Here's a photograph of what's happening:

The picture on the left is the regular Anime Studio window, while the one on the right is the Preview. Not only is there that yellowish triangle on the left shirt, but the shadows on the other guys' legs are all messed up as well.

I've tried changing the colors of everything, but even then the strange yellow triangle stays there. It only goes away when I delete the black band....and I can't even make heads-or-tails of what's happening to those shadows on the legs :S

how about checking the "allow animated layer effect"in the layers submenu?
also check all of the shading/shadows settings in the affected layers.maybe something got changed when you were setting up.

This might be caused by two points or more that appear as one because they are coincident. This can cause some unpredictable shape formation. Try going through the shape point by point, delete the extra point, and remake the shape.

Thanks for the replies, guys, but nothing has worked.

I've gotten the yellow triangle to disappear by deleting the band going across his chest, but no matter what I do the leg shadows stay jacked up the way they are.

I've gone through every point, none of them are overlapping.

(I guess I should mention that the leg shadows are drawn in as part of the vector. I didn't use the shading function.)

From what I can see is there might be a extra shape around his collar right where the triangle you see. Some FX only show up when rendered in AS, that's why you are not seeing it on the work space. AS just doesn't add extra shapes to a project, it is something you have put there on mistake.

Well, I found a workaround.

I just deleted both the leg and the torso and redrew them. For some reason, the strange triangle didn't appear and the leg shadows were no longer distorted.

While deleting them, I couldn't see anything out-of-the-ordinary, and it's still a mystery to me as to why they did this in the first place.

But its fine now.

Thanks for your help!
