ASPRO 7.1 Problems, Which version is most stable?

Ok so here are all of my problems.
1. Exporting almost anything that has sound crashes when rendering into animation.
With sound, the work around is easy. Do the lip syncing and delete it. Then use an editing program (Adobe Premier, Vegas...) and put the sound with the clip and export again. PITA but its workable.
2. Using rudigers script and exporting the animation crashes the program. I tried baking the morphs but it still crashed.
3.I am having problems with playing the time line and moving the characters (can't recall the technical term for it right now). Instead of recording that same motion with key frames the program makes fewer frames and the motion is only recorded at the very end. At this point it makes it very jerky. It is more like lag than anything else. Even if I turn the lowest preview setting it still is very choppy.
I have a 6 core AMD processor with 16gigs of Ram, this should not be a problem.
ASP7.0 did that quite a bit better.
Now add all the rest of the crashing complaints with the multi core rendering and there you have it.
I keep hearing that version 6 is solid. Is this true, and which version is the most solid and reliable?
I have been using flash and toon boom to finish up a project that I used ASP7.1 to create all the assets in. It was a pain but now I know flash and toon boom that much better. I however, have realized just how much better ASP is in creating vector art and characters than Flash. So, I am hoping they get this shit straightened out.
