modify hide edge

I have a circle. In frame 0 i used "hide edge" on two points (and the stroke is invisible) but in frame 20 i want that the stroke on these point is visible.
How do i?

One way would be to make the circle w/o any fill or stroke then make each arc its on shape then fill it with stroke turned off then use the opacity for the arc that you want animated.
Make to turn on allow animated layer effects.
