I have created a character in Anime Studio, I was wondering, how can I reveal/show her eyes (like in the picture attached in tinypic)? I turn her head to the right, revealing her nose, which is a vector layer behind her head... It is easy to do, when I animate her, I just move her nose from behind her head. However, I cannot hide her eyes in the same way I hid her nose and then reveal them. her eyes will show slowly on top of the head layer.... I don't know if there is a way to do this. Thanks!

if the eye is in its own layer, you can put it below the head like the nose and then animate the layers position.
All of these layers must be within a group or bone layer. Then double click the parent group/bone layer to get up the layer settings and in the depth sort tab tick 'enable animated layer order'.
Now if you change layer order on frames other than 0 a keyframe with the layer order changes will be created on the parent group. This can be moved or deleted the same as any other keyframe.

Probably many ways to do this.
My first thought would be to use masking. The drawing is very stylized and I wouldn't expect you need super realistic "3D".
Create a mask for the eyes and mouth using the head shape. Then just "slide" the eyes and mouth outside of that mask area creating a "fake" rotation behind the head.

I often do it like this:
