When I check a Layer on the first frame for invisible and then check the layer on frame 100 on visible the layer still is invisible? how can that be?

Do you happen to have layer visibility changing in a Smart Bone for a body turn?

If you have Layer Visibility or Layer Ordering set in a smart bone action it will not let you change it in the mainline.
