Hello. Today we finally had an official announcement and some information about My Father's Dragon, the movie made by Cartoon Saloon and directed by Nora Twomey.
I have been working on this movie for more than two year and this is the final week for 'the Moho team'.

I'm very excited we are finally getting close to the end and soon you will be able to watch the movie!
Even when the movie is mostly hand-drawn, we made a lot of things with Moho during this production, from environmental animation, props, texturing, crowds, tonals and some FX to tiny characters and full characters.
Actually, many of the movie characters are fully made in Moho. And other, including the main characters, are made in Moho for several scenes.
The movie is huge and there are several departments using different techniques and software, so our main goal was to create good quality rigged animation that could live with the rest of the movie in the same world.
I also want to give credit to the Moho team here
. You probably know some of the names already: Regis Rodríguez, Ahdieh Modarres, Mansour Moawad, Kim Kelly, Pierre Gombaud and Dave Cockburn. They are amazing artists (plus extremely nice people) and I really hope you can see their beautiful work soon.
