Vector stroke can't bend along the path while using Follow Path tool

Hold <alt> and click to follow path, and the vector layer has been set to "Rotate with path", it still can't bend along the path.
Why is this happening? And how to fix it?

Looks like your vector shape needs to be rotated 90 degrees on frame zero.
This should allow it to align and bend with the path.

In addition to Wes' comments...
Rotate With Path isn't for bending the item. This option
rotates the item to follow the path, and when it is off, the item does not rotate along the path, it just moves.
After you correct the orientation (typically, the item should be in the center of the working area and point to the right,)
you can make it bend along the path by Alt-clicking on the path.
If the item is already attached to the path, you can unattach it by going to the setup frame (frame 0), choosing the Follow path tool, and clicking in an empty area. Now you can use Alt-Click to attach the item to the path and have the path bend it. (No need to enable Rotate With Path for this. TBH, I'm not sure what that would do to the bending effect...probably nothing, but I will check now.)*
By the way, the final episode of Endless Nachos (Part 4) will be about the Follow Path tool. In this episode, I'll cover this info and more, with a variety of examples.

Update: Yeah, enabling Rotate With Path does nothing to the bend effect. I would leave it off in case it adds unnecessary processing.

I draw the stroke starting from the center and point to the right, and it works!
The "Rotate With Path" doesn't make any difference with vector, but it takes effect on image layer.
I have checked the Endless Nachos series, it's really good to have such detailed toturials. It helps to solidate the understanding of basic Moho and providing the possibility for further creation, hoping for more to come, covering more basic areas.
