I looked at the file...
Can you be more specific about your trouble?
First off you have more points than you really need... but that isn't so bad.
I would reccomend you rotate the forearms to be straight in line with the biceps... doesn't have to be all the way straight... but you want to be able to use a bone for the forearm area and not have the bone in the bicep competing for control of the points.
Are you using Flexible Binding on the bone layer or Region Binding? They behave very differently.
When you say "it doesn't move smoothly" do you mean at the joints of the bones? That would be your "too many points" problem... but you can spread out the bone strength to smooth that out.
There was no bone layer in the file you provided so no info on where the trouble might be.
You should do ALL the tutorials. Those are a HUGE help. Focus on the ones that use bones.
I could add the bones to your file as requested... but then you don't learn anything.

Sounds like a parenting issue.
When adding bones you must add them or parent them in the proper order.
I start with the hips and keep adding bones to the head (hips, torso, neck, head).
I select the torso and add the arm bones (bicep, forearm, hand). Remember you have to reselect the torso bone to add the other side arm bones.
Leg bones should be parented to the hips.
... the foot bone's connected to the... shin bone... the shine bone's connected to the... thigh bone... etc etc...
I sing that song as I work.
---------
If you are using flexible binding on the bones layer... it could be that... that is causing shapes to move where they shouldn't.
Flexible binding means that ALL the bones influence EVERYTHING.
I find region binding to be better... more control. In your file the head was in a group layer... so... the group would be inside a bone group and you would "bind" that head group to the head bone.
Bone binding and bone parenting is explained in the help files and the tutorials.

Yes I noticed that... I figured it might be a work in progress.

hi black spittle,
i had a look, what it looks like is that your head folder is actually bound the arm so select the arm bones select the head group layer and release the layer then select the head bone select the head layer and lbind the layer to the bone, does that make sense, i also think that you have some small problems with the torso, you have to be careful that you only select the appropriate points when you bind points to a bone.
hope that helps

No! i don't get it , but i get my problem now!

It's the group layer!
How do I add parts of a group layer (eg eyes mouth hair) into a bone layer the dragged the whole roup layer into the bone layer and it glowed red and seemingly 'entered' but it's parts eg eyes mouth etc still have that little 'dot' in front of them... and thanks guys for replying me, thanks for caring...
Thanks

You are using FLEXIBLE BINDING on the bone layer.
The head GROUP LAYER moves because with FLEXIBLE BINDING set on the bone layer properties... EVERY BONE EFFECTS EVERYTHING.
Set the bone layer to REGION BINDING.
Did you read the help file yet for bone layers? Have you done the bone tutorials yet? I can help out but you should at least do that first.
