I know there's not much going on in it yet, but i was so chuffed with myself i had to share!!!

In Photoshop or gimp, take the photo and copy it as many times as parts that you need. Next isolate the parts by making, everything else alpha. Then import as png files into AS. Rig, then animate. Yes i probably just need a push. It looks like i might be able to with the addition of many bones! I think it may take a lot of time for me too, so i didn't want to spend loads and loads of time on it if it's not possible!
