Re: How to "glue" two different layer together ?

I'm not sure, but the first option you tried should be working.
Is there any chance you could share the file?

Re: Line Boil in 14

Do the shapes have a brush applied to them? Even if a style has a brush, if the shape has its own brush applied, Moho will show that brush instead of the one from the style. If that is the issue, then you can select all the shapes and set the brush to none. Or maybe the issue is simply the boil appe...

Re: Eraser Nub

I'm not sure I'm understanding your post correctly, but the Eraser in Moho is different to a bitmap eraser.
Instead of removing pixels, it removes sections of the vector and vector lines can end with flat or round caps, depending on the stroke's properties.

Using layer order and Smart Bones at the same time

In Moho, when a Smart bone is controlling the layer order, you can not modify the layer order in the Mainline anymore. This limitation has existed for a long time, and riggers have been looking for alternative solutions to overcome it. Yesterday I found a workaround that could work well. It requires...

Re: IKs in Mainline not behaving like in Action

I agree with Wes. Try going to the action, select the thighs and calves bones and remove all the bone rotation keyframes you find.

Re: Smoke with stroke brushes and opacity

Hi. I wasn't aware of any potential issue related to this technique and don't remember any addition or modification made on 14.4 that could be changing this behavior. I just tried to re create the effect here and it is working. Could you share a file where it doesn't work, so maybe I can find what i...

You can also use the filter by layer type to quickly select and modify the properties of all vector layers in the document.

Re: a hotkey poster

Hi. Please don't post links without an explanation. It looks suspicious and the moderators could remove it.
Now, as many things related to AI, that poster is not accurate. The keyboard layout doesn't make sense and the shortcuts are incorrect too

Re: walk cycle, how do I add keys after the cycle without breaking it?

For this reason I often have a split rig: one bone layer for the legs and torso only, and one bone layer for arms and head movements. If you want separation, there are several options to isolate parts of the same rig. For example, using the red timeline for selecting bones, colorizing bones, settin...

Tips on using Bézier vector handles

Hi, from time to time I see people asking about how to work with vector handles and bones during the animation and avoid unexpected behaviors. In order to take advantage of bézier handles, it is key to understand how they work and why they move the way they do. Moho adapts the bézier curves during t...
