Re: wondering how i can make something similar to this
Been trying the particle approach but doesnt seem to be very effective going into the z as the lines seem to get thicker and doesnt look as smooth. Any advice would still be great many thank Just turn on "Scale compensation" in the vector layer properties. I disabled it for these layers, ...

Re: Smooth Join should be used more than two bone
Yes, that old workaround still works
If you are using Moho 14, Curvers can work in a similar way to the Smooth Joint feature, but allowing you to add as many joints as you want:

Re: Problems with the ROTATE POINT TOOL
That has a lot of switch layers, so I had to place The finger and its three joints within one layer so that I don't have too many layers. This prevents me from Using the rotate layer because it only rotates one joint And I would still have the problems for the other two joints. I think the easiest ...

Re: Additive cycle issue
Hi. In short, your first and last pose are different and that difference is being added again and again on every cycle.
It is easier to explain showing you the screen, so I just recorded a tutorial for it:
Here you can find the .moho file.

Re: DV Quick Select layer
Fantastic job! Thank you for sharing it. Just three things in case someone doesn't know how to use it: - To assign a layer to a button, select the layer, then hold Alt and click on the button - To select a layer, simply click the button - If you change the number of buttons, close the window and the...

Re: An improved SVG-importer!
Hi, Hugging_Bear. I checked the files and the color differences you are seeing are because the original SVG is using different blending modes for many of its layers. Sam pointed out that these blending modes are not part of the SVG, but a CSS instruction. And CSS is not strongly supported in SVG 1.1...

Re: An improved SVG-importer!
The 'new' SVG-importer is copy/paste of the old script SVG-importer! In other words, they are both identical! That's why I'm so disappointed with version 14. I upgraded to version 14 only because of the announcement of the 'new' SVG-importer. :( Actually, SimplSam worked with us on version 14 (you ...

Re: Rigging a worm in AS10
Victor, does this no longer work in v14? It worked in 13.5, but I can't keep the stretched bone from collapsing in v14. If this is no longer possible, that's a huge rigging loss. I can create this rig in v13.5 and it still works when imported, but I can't create it from scratch in v14. Hi, Wes. The...

Re: main differences between using meshes vs link bones for image layers
In my opinion: Link bones works well for bending layers quickly. Adjusting the position and strength of the bones can give good results without having to worry too much about it or making complex setups. I use it all the time and it is always my first option when rigging both images and vectors. Now...

Re: How do I clip lines in an object?
You could use Liquid Shapes in two ways: A- Create the shirt and then create rectangles for the lines (rectangles with both fill and stroke) and clip them inside of the shirt. The limitation of this is the strokes of the lines will need to be thinner than the lines of the shirt, otherwise they will ...
