I'm at my wits end. It keeps crashing. Add a gif? Crash. Load only an mp4? Crash. I can't get anything done!!!

Has anyone found a fix? I just downgraded, and it's still crashing.

It imports now, but not every layer. It rasterized some. ????

I am wondering if I did something wrong so I'm going to rebuild the file and see what happens on the next import.

I tried importing two versions of the file in Affinity -- one where I removed the png layer I was using as a reference, then tried your suggestion of naming each layer in the file. The naming DID IT. I'll try Krita. And I'll try making sure each layer has a name. Beyond that -- these very basic vectors. Lines and fills. I'll get back to you on that once I try both possibles.
