Saving changing the size of the viewing screen (Solved)

I need to save frames 96 X 128 pixels in size. Can that be done? Also can I change the size of the viewing screen itself?

File/project settings and uncheck constrain proportions and type in the numbers and hit OK.

I prefer to adjust relative screen size by moving further from or closer to the screen. I have found that a wireless mouse and nifty little bluetooth keyboard are helpoing with this a lot.

Hoping to get an android phone soon and set up a custom touchpad with the toolbar on it, which would be handy when tablet is folded in tablet mode for drawing, or when I'm standing on the roof looking down at the tablet to get the size right for that fiddly 8bit retro style stuff.
