Can I export video with alpha channel or transparency???

Can I export video with alpha channel or transparency from AS and fitted in another program without background?
I wanted to take animations for After Effects, but I could not find a way.

Export to .mov png millions of color+ (the + means alpha). There are other formats and types of mov which support alpha, anyway.
You can export as a png image sequence too, that maintains the alpha.
