Controlling the starting point of a movie

Post by TudoR »

Hi there,

I need some help. In older versions of ASP (up to version 5 I think) it used to be that you could controle the starting point of an imported movie file by setting the visibility of the layer on or off. It was a great way to do that. Just one click away. I coud start and stop a movie whenever I wanted all on the same layer. How do you do this now? Can anyone please help me on this? Thank you!

I've tried the sequencer. The point is that if I want to start the movie at a later frame I have to create another layer of that movie, and if I want to include the starting point in an action, it doesn't work. It is a question of ease of use. I thought there was another way other than the sequencer.
