Fluent Head movement?

Hi, I was wondering if anybody has a link or information on how I can do a head turn as seen in this video.

It mentions layer scripts and constrained bones are used to create the effect? Thanks.

It uses very specific scipts and a lot (a lot) of bones.
Anyway, you can get the same result using blend morphs. I truly recommend you this second option.
