Opening Color Problems

Hi everybody, I'm new to Anime Studio so I don't know if the problems that I'm encountering are my fault or not. So far, whenever I try to open one of my projects, all of the colors are gone and AS doesn't let me refill the colors. If you know what is happening, PLEASE HELP!!!

The simplest explanation is that you have somehow changed 'Display Quality' (button at bottom right of main screen). You need 'High' or similar...

Erm... I tried that and it is still the same. Am I doing something wrong?

And to post a file you need to upload it online, on a service like http://www.mediafire.com
