layers somehow change themthelfs from position.

That's very irritating. Can I block theirs position? Now I have to set them back in the right ordre eachtime it occurs

It seems you unconsciously animated layer order.

Layers within another layer are allowed to change their position in the stack, get before or behind other layers within that group. To see the layer ordering keys, select the layer they are in (group or bone layer). To erase, select all keys and delete.

Make sure you're on frame 0 if you're still building something and change layer order.
