I have a fairly complicated character, and it would make bone manipulation and management much easier if i could select a bone, and have its outline hidden temporarily. I have tried just making a child bone layer, and having one of the bones in the parent layer bound to the the WHOLE child bone layer, but that leads to some other than intuitive results.
If its not possible to just hide a bone, or a tree of bones, how do you go about keeping the complexity of your projects in check when it comes to bones?

I only ever search this site in google using the "site:" keyword..
1) google finds stuff
2) it doesnt go "bleep, you searched to quickly, bleep"
for example:
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=site:http://www.lo ... de%20bones

Yes, just like you can search for links pointing to a certain page or site, like this.
links:gcharb2d.blogspot.com
Plenty more on Google Webmaster tool.
But it limits you to the pointed site, I personally prefer a broader search, as you may find the answer you need on a different website.
But if you only want to find stuff on the LostMarble forum, then Sven way of searching is the way to go!
Again, the forum search is awful!
