AS8 Crashing on export (new computer)

well i got a new computer with a better graphics card and its a dual core and windows 7 OS

everything works fine except when I got to export my animation

Now since it is new- i don't know if its the OS Win 7 (used to use xp)

maybe its the dual core? Maybe i don't have the video codecs which i will try to download after I post this

Has anybody had this problem? I can post my computer specs if it'll help

Do You save on drive C or do You have an extra drive or partition where You are saving?

I am asking because You need to be in administrator mode to save on drive C, if not, it may cause your attempt of saving on C crash AS 7.
