Change movement speed

How can I change my characters movement speed in the middle of a project?

Under the animations sub menu, there's a feature called rescale key frame that will let you re-time your character's movement. Otherwise you would have to click and drag the key frames in the timeline to a later point.

you can also select several keys, keep pressing alt on keyboard and drag the last one to scale all them.
