fasat alfa was the first chilean satelite (i don't know how is in english). like everything in my country, this failed.
and, as losers we are, we celebrated it.

(there is a little influence of zangief, the ussr character... were some ucranians -¿ucranianios?- who help in the project... and, ucranianos, rusos, checoslovacos, es más o menos lo mismo, ¿no?)
