UNweld welded points...?

I would just ADD a point at every point (or, close to every point) then delete the little bit of line that connects the 2 points. What you get is a workaround for UNWELDING points.

Delete Edge deletes too much

I am more than ok with using Delete Edge to unweld as suggested, but realized that it deletes a whole set of points even though only one of them is highlighted. I am not even sure how this set is determine by Anime, since it's NOT ALL connected points but about half way for some reason.
