Since YouTube doesn't play very smoothly on my computer, I can't tell if the lip sync looks right or not, but otherwise, not bad for a beginning effort!

the animation seems pretty solid. a little more facial expression would do wonders for when he seems upset. a couple more switch layers for the mouth would do it. nice job
