Hi. How can I change the time display from
the current second-only to minute/second format?
I happens to work AS parallel with Audacity, and I cant change the
the time display format in both to match each others.
Wondering if I can change it in AS (or Audacity)
It's a headache looking at two different format.
trying to sync the audio.

edit / preferences --- and then check the box: use SMPTE timecode.
hope that's what you wanted.
syncing audio can be done in a number of ways - depends whether you need to make the audio match the action or the action match the sound. IMO for dialogue it's generally easier to do sound first (or if you're doing a music video, you'll already have the track) then sync the video to the sound; for incidental music, you can score it to match the action and then tweak the tempo gently if necessary; foley is also IMO easier to sync after you have the action (but, contrary to its strict definition, you could sync the action to a given sound...)
if you need more help on audio sync, just ask.

Re: time format: changing to minute/second display
Thanks so much for the help.
I'll try the change right after this.
About audio/video sync, I did it in a reverse
order, I figured, but it seems to work for
me, since I am the one doing the audio recording
as well animating.
I did not work from a script, just simply from a
rather vague storyboard (created in AS as well).
And this is "amateur", not professional work
for me.
