Create a JIB JAB type animation?

Hi I'm completely new to AS and so far I like it . One of the reasons I got it for is the JIB JAB type animation but I can't seem to find any tutorials about that.
I was wondering if anyone here could tell me where is a good place to find a tutorial for that particular animation?
