first full functional character

here is the source file of my first fully functional character (created with smart bones and switch layers(head turd with switch layers, all body poses, smart bones on all arms and legs))
can't wait to share my second character with you i have more problems with it than i had with this one, and once i finish both of them i will share with you my first animated short film :D
take your time and helpful criticism is welcomed :D
