I'm trying to make an image layer of a face talk like in tutorial 4.3, but I'm confused how to do the bone set up with the proper parent relationship for the 8 bones (4 around border and 4 around lips). I'm also wondering if its feasible to create my own switch layer of mouths in photoshop.. (will this work with raster images.. or is the only reasonable way to accomplish lip synching with an image layer using the 4.3 tutorial method?)
