I am currently working on a cartoon series called Max Dollarz on youtube
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0AeRHXma1E
During the process of making the episodes I would ALWAYS come by the problem where my files wont open. I would have to start that part over or try to fix the currupted file . Which is a huge pain trying to fix error lines.
When I try to open it would say something like this
Could not open file.
Error Details
Read error at line 677670. In code file ..\..\..\llb_moho\m_mesh.cpp, line 209.
Is there a way to avoid the files being currupted all the time besides backing the files up. I would really appreciate the help.

Re: Files constantly wont open
Does this happen with other file types as well? Did you do a harddrive check recently?

Only the .anme file types get currupted at random. I haven't had a harddrive check recently. I use an external harddrive to save all my files for the cartoon. I cannot figure out what is causing some of my anme files to get read errors.

Re: Files constantly wont open
I used to get this error with earlier versions of ASP, but not since ver. 9 (the recovered file option has been really helpful). If this is a persistent problem there's really no better option than saving often and incrementally (ie., append 01, 02, 03, etc.).
