There's a nifty little option in your User Control Panel, it's named "foes". There you can enter user names whose postings you don't wish to see any more.

He obviously has some serious issues and part of me did feel he needed help in some way. The problem is, when you attempt to help people and they just throw it back in your face or don't even acknowledge or appreciate it then there's not much more you can do.
