Have a look around this forum and I think you will indeed find most of the items on your list.
It is more technical than social but there are some 'real' people here with humour and... etc.

I think the OP wants a mobile app solution for Anime Studio users.
This forum "template" isn't exactly designed for mobile ease of use... but it's not horrible. I suppose it depends on the device and OS. It works okay on my very old iPhone using wifi only.
The PHPBB forum software lostmarble uses does have a mobile add on option that seems to still be under development that might improve the experience. I think there is something to this idea. Not a completely NEW site somewhere else, please not that, but a "mobilized template" in this forum.
