How do I create RUN CYCLE ?

I tried to find tutorials in this forum and youtube, but found walk cycle.

Any one please help me basic steps to create "Run Cycle"

This site is very helpful. Mess with the dials until you find something that looks like a run.

I use my walk ruler to create runcycles. It follows almost the same principle of a walk (animators will crucify me for that last sentece

)
