delete all keyframes from the mainline?

How do you delete all keyframes from the Channels panel for the MainLine at once?

Background:
* Want to export PNG images for a range of actions
* Trying to add the actions end-on-end seems a little problematic, perhaps due to ensuring all layers are preset as required between action 1 and action 2 etc on the main line
* So I thought manually adding an action one-by-one to the mainline and then exporting to PNGs might be easier
* So just haven't found a good way to clear all keyframes off the mainline channel in one go? (to prepare to add the 2nd action for export)

there's a menu item for 'delete keyframes from document'... (or delete animation? can't remember the exact wording)
