Exporting Settings for Youtube
Question...when exporting, it asks if I want to limit to so many Kbytes per second. If my ultimate purpose is posting to youtube, is there an ideal value I should be putting in this field? Does it even matter? What other applications does this have? I usually just keep it blank. Thank you for your help.

Re: Exporting Settings for Youtube
You can leave it blank.
You may want to look at
http://dvd-hq.info/bitrate_calculator.
Also I found this:
"Limit Data Rate To : Specifies the kilobits per second (kbps) during playback. A higher kbps rate usually improves movie playback quality; however, don't choose a data rate higher than the available bandwidth."
If I wanted a nice looking HD YouTube version I would do this:
Project settings > YouTube HD
Using the 32bit version of Anime Studio, export with Quicktime, H.264 codec, set keyframe every to 24 frames, limit data rate to 3000kbps and slide the quality slider to best.
YouTube will re-encoded the video and produce low quality versions for you, so you only need to produce the one.
