Looking for a translator (ITA to ENG)

Hi!
I looking for a translator for my cartoons. My cartoons are in Italian, i want translate them in English. Subtitles and, then, voices.
The cartoons are:

The voice actors just need to know what they are saying. If you subtitle the cartoons they should be able to do them in English.

I can only put subtitles in Italian, because I not know English well for translate them.
