Hey!
I worked on a short and easy animation sequence. Unfortunately and unknowingly I screwed up the camera settings. The result is that the camera seems to "fly" around wildly. How do I reset everything concerning the camera? And my second question is how to cut (hard cut)during the sequence.

Re: How to reset camera settings
Select a tool, click "reset" on the button on top of the project window. Go through all 4 camera tools and repeat.
If you want to delete keyframes, select the tool and "delete animation from layer" from animation menu.
Usually we don't cut within an AS project - the common workflow would be to hav 1 project per scene and assemble all scenes in a video editor.

Re: How to reset camera settings
To cut within a scene, you'd insert a keyframe just before you want the camera to cut, advance one frame, then move the camera to what you want it to cut to. The keyframe before will keep the camera from "flying around." It will hold steady until it hits the keyframe where the camera moves. The result will be a cut.
