9.5 and apple upgrade?

Hi lovely moderators,
Will anime studio be making an announcement about when it will be okay for us to upgrade our macs to the new operating system OS X Mavericks? I'm going to wait until I know it's not going to monkey with my current 9.5 animation project.

I have upgraded to os mavericks yesterday and I have been working with Anime Studio Pro v.9.5 for around 3 hours and I have not experienced any errors so far, but I agree it's a good question, you never know if some functionality has been broken.

As usual the Apple forum is busy with disaster story's about the new system, but in my case the upgrade was without serious problems. The only problem I encountered so far with AS that exporting left me without a resulting file after rendering. That was solved by changing the name of the file: apparently Mavericks is a little more picky about forbidden characters. So if you encounter this problem, see if your filename has characters in it like slashes etc. All other functions work as expected; no problems there.
