Cute characters! :D The expression on the bright crab's face fits well with the dialogue. If you are looking for suggestions, I'd recommend adjusting the timing of the crabs moving up and down so that it synchronizes better with the words they are stressing as they speak, like "your job" and "fail big." Then I'd recommend focusing on animating the eyes. In a dialogue, the audience will focus on the characters' eyes, just as in real life. If they are convincing, the overall scene will be more convincing. I also think the scene would read more clearly without the two extra crabs. They are nicely animated, but they are drawing attention away from the dialogue. Good luck!

Anything that draws attention away from that awful dialog is good in my book, but the extra crabs serve no purpose to the scene and really shouldn't be there. Love the claw movement and the crabs themselves really look nice.

On a side note, nothing will make me happier than when this 11 second video is over and a new one starts. If I have to hear that shrill nag machine yapping about failing big one more time...

I feel like there's a back-story we're missing here that explains Danimal's reaction to this audio clip. :P

 The first 11 sec club judging I did, I had to listen to the same clip 280 times. Hopefully this month will only be around 150 entries...

Good luck on your entry, patricia3d!

A definite improvement. I still can't get enough of their claws snapping open and closed. Simple things for simple minds I guess...

On "fail" and "stick", the female crab could poke the male crab for effect. Otherwise, I think she should keep her claws closed, except for the "wah, wah, wah" bit. I think that would be more effective. When the male crab mumbles "I don't cry" (or whatever it is), he could close his eyes and look down. That's his main chance for a reaction. The characters suit the dialogue pretty well!
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

The "chin up" move adds a great moment of character. Looks VERY nice!
