Moving a 'Rotate Point'.
Hi All. In the 'tools" section in Studio, under 'Draw', there is 'Rotate Points' ...when I click on this to rotate the layer a red cross appears, obviously the center of the layer. Can I move this red cross so as to change the centre?????
Re: Moving a 'Rotate Point'.
No.
This is a tool for drawing, not for animation. If you need to rotate stuff around a center of your choice, set the layer origin and rotate layer, or use bones.

Yes.
Use the origin point tool to change the point of rotation.
