May I offer a few words... It's awfully stiff. There is no life in your character. The arm movements appear to be strictly an after-thought, they're too stiff and too fast. There's no sense of randomness, no sense of weight, nothing... The art-work is good, but try not to rush the animation, take your time with it and give it some weight, some life...

Yes I agree with Wizaerd - I might suggest checking out footage on youtube of late night hosts like David Letterman, Jay Leno, or whomever for ideas on movement.
