whats the best & easiest way to make a light on a character flash or pulse all the time whenever you use it, so you never have to spend time on it again (automatically always there)? *Using verison 9.5 still :D

Not sure what type of flash you want, but for something really simple, just a vector shape and allow animated layer effects. Then you can animate the color fill on the timeline. Just have that blink set to cycle. Should stay cycling unless/until you were to key anything in that channel.

More easily: set visibility on and off and make that a cycle. (3 keys: on, off, on again and this last one set to cycle)

Thanks to both of you for the ideas. I tried both and slowtiger's seems to work best for this character....thanks again to both!
