Sync exported sound with individual clips in editor

here's what I am trying to do. I have an eight minute animation with over 50 separate vocal tracks. Is there any way to take the chunk wave form and sync it to all of these tracks automatically so that I can mix each individual one? I've been messing with this for hours and can't figure it out. I even went as far is trying Red Giants Pluraleyes and that's not giving me the result I want.

I just want to be able to mix my audio without spending days lining up wave lines. Any help would be awesome!!!!!

Use a video editor? Or a sequencer program?
