I am having issues with doing layer ordering with smart bones. I am pretty sure I've seen tutorials that tackle that issue, but haven't been able to find them again. I know its possible because the pink monster rig on version 10 does it w its horns to give illusion to his head turning, when looking left his right horn is on top and vice versa.
I am using ASV10. I have a hand rig based on videos done be funksmyname ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MMQTXPi ... ata_player ). Its a sweet set up. I figured I'd take it one step further and set up a smart bone to rotate the hand so palm moves to palm up and palm down. Its a nosferato style vampire that only has thumb, index, and pinky, the animation looks like I wanted it to, but in one direction the pinky needs to be above the index, and in the other vice verse.
I have it selected in the bone layer to enable layer animation or whatever, but when I move the layers in the stack it doesn't create key frames. Any thoughts?
