Secret Quest (11 second club August WIP)

Hi, everyone! I'm in the planning phase for my entry for the 11 second club this month. I still have some adjustments to make to the rough animation before I do the actual animation. I'd love to hear any suggestions you all have to improve it while there is still time to incorporate ideas/suggestions.

It's looks good. I can't help but notice the guy seems to have no sheath for his sword - youch!

Haha, thanks Danimal! I added the sheath. I think I'm in over my head with this cape-thing, though. Way too many details to keep track of.

I always look forward to your stuff -- the simplicity (much harder than it looks), the colour harmonies, and your animation is definitely improving.The guy turning in two stages is a case in point -- it really defines the dialogue well.

Thank you all for the kind comments! It is really motivating. Feebly--My vimeo account has most of my animation up. It's really not much, as I unfortunately don't get much time to animate. But I actually designed these characters for a web series I have in mind, and this is serving as a sort of proof of concept. I plan to make a youtube account for stuff related to that project soon.

I created a youtube channel and posted the latest version that I'm entering in the competition. There are still some draftsmanship issues bugging me, but it's time to move forward! Thanks everyone for your feedback on this! :D
