3d model of a Go-Kart?

Can anyone help me find a free 3d model of a go-cart (go-kart), in any 3d format, (max preferable, but any other will do).
I searched thrue many sites with no luck, I found some to buy, but they priced almost like a real go-carts

Okay... Hi first...

*THESE ARE JUST ALTERNATIVES IN CASE YOU FIND NO MODELS*

Since i am a fan of the OFP commuty since it has been released (i guess this is the strongest and most creative community concerning military simulations).
I know that OFP deals with .p3d models and so i looked for some add-ons made by the community.

Basically all models are in p3d format.

Some may say it is crap, some may find it useful.

I have found some models, but only one go cart, maybe you can modify it the way you want it to...

Additionally i post some other weird vehicles, maybe someone else is looking for.

How-to-use?

DOWNLOAD the model of interest. Unzip it.
You need the following tool. The PBO-tool is required to unpack the stuffed .pbo archives contained in the zip.

If you are unable to work with the included p3d-models you can convert them via the P3D2OBJ utility. It is still in beta mode and it may not work properly.

I think I made missleading research on karts because of my english,

"Go kart" or "Shifter Kart" , I don't have "Shifter Kart" phrase in my vocabulary

, I'll search for that after work.

Yeah, this is a pretty good "shifter kart" (i dno not know this term either, i just know the term "go cart").
But 250 bucks is a hell of money. For this budget you can 3d-scan a go cart toy car.

There's a lot of free 3d models in almost every format, from howitzers, trucks, muscle cars and jeeps to the latest audi, bmw and mercedes series but to find a go kart is like to search a needle in a hay barn

Anyway i was on the seek for this new term "Shifter Kart" and i found absolutely NOTHING except the model you posted above.

Seems like you have to work on the free models to create your own go cart.
If you know (i guess you do) the famous GTA series, since the expasion to 3d there have been tons of custom models released:

Iam not quite familiar with gta-modelling but i know the format of the models is *.DFF.

To view these files you can download the DFF-Viewer:

That GTA model is from Vice City? I'll see if it is reusable in software, it would be great.
I need go-kart for a visual diary. Does this explain anything to you

I had one simplyfied kart, to which I removed it's top in Max, remodeled wheels, modeled chair also in max and now I'm trying to polish it in SketchUp (anyone else is using it?), if it goes well I'll post on my website how it looks like.

*update* yes this is it, that GTA model works, I opened it in ZModeler v1.07. and exported in 3ds, it has no wheels but I already modeled it so my quest is over, thanks again Mr Blaaa.
