It was only three seconds! False advertising! It looks as good as I'd care to watch two dogs fighting. I mean that in a good way.

Very impressive, even tho I hate dog fighting. But the animation seems real and scary!

When you say frame by frame. Did you do point animation or draw a bunch of pictures and use switch layers?
